Before you start-

Connect the extender to a plug near your router. Wait until the Power LED on the device turns blue.

Method 1: Rockspace wifi extender setup Via the WPS Button-

(1) On the router, press the WPS button.

(2) Press the WPS button on the extender within 2 minutes.

(3) Wait until the extender's Signal LED turns blue, indicating a successful connection. If the Signal LED does not turn blue, repeat the procedure or use method 2.


Method 2: Rockspace wifi extender setup Via a Web Browser-

(1) Connect your computer or smartphone to the "rockspace EXT" network of the extender.

When using a computer, unplug any Ethernet cables you may have. When using a smartphone, make sure the mobile data is turned off.

(2) The login screen appears automatically. If it doesn't, open a web browser and type http://re.rockspace.local or http://192.168.0.254 into the address bar to get started. Make your admin password and save it for later use. Next, click.

(3) Select the Wi-Fi network (SSID) you want to extend from the list of available wireless networks.

(4) Enter the Wi-Fi network password you want to extend.

(5) Wait until you see "Extended successfully" on the page!
